APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting ALL MUSING, you agree that the laws of Malaysia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and ALL MUSING or its associates.
DISPUTES
Any disputes, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the agreement or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof shall be notified in writing to the other for resolution through senior level negotiations. If negotiations failed to achieve an agreement and/or settlement within 30 days from the date of the notice, then it shall be referred for arbitration at the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (the “Centre”) under the rules of the Centre. The arbitral tribunal shall have a panel of three (3) arbitrators. Both parties shall each appoint one (1) arbitrator and the third arbitrator shall be appointed by the arbitrators appointed by the parties. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English. The arbitral tribunal’s decision and/or award shall be final and binding upon the parties. The parties irrevocably waive any right they may have to object to arbitration at the Centre, to claim that the action has been brought to an inconvenient forum or to claim that the arbitral tribunal do not have jurisdiction.
